The WMCA is Westman’s premiere performing arts centre. As a multi-purpose venue, the WMCA hosts a myriad of events throughout the year - from touring professional entertainers to community theatre to regional festivals and so much more. Event Coordinator
The WMCA Event Coordinator oversees all aspects of Front of House, hospitality and customer service operations while an event is taking place. They direct casual event staff, ensure event adherence to WMCA policies and enforceable regulations, and maintain a high quality patron experience in line with WMCA’s mission.
Box Office Attendant
WMCA Box Office Attendants are the first point of contact for patrons coming to shows. This role requires someone with a welcoming, friendly and helpful attitude along with knowledge of the venue and performances for a great customer experience.
Custodian
Our custodial team ensures that the WMCA’s mission is upheld through their dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards. They are self-motivated, task driven and physically capable. The successful applicant should have lots of flexibility in their current schedule and be highly motivated with an eye for detail.
Casual Event Staff
WMCA Event Staff work various positions for events taking place here. Positions include ushers, door attendants, security, stage hands, bartenders, volunteer supervisors and custodial work.
