Brandon University Parking Lot 6 across from the WMCA on 20th street and Lot 5 kitty-corner to the WMCA are free to park in during events at the WMCA.
Street parking is also available but please be mindful of street signs and courteous of our neighbours.

The seats are organized so that odd numbers are on the south side and even are on the north side, so 2,4,6 etc are next to each other and 1,3,5 etc are beside each other.

The south side of the building has 2 accessible parking spaces for people with appropriate permits.

Venue policy is zero refunds unless the show is cancelled or postponed. Refunds will absolutely not be considered after a performance has taken place for any reason.
We do allow for re-selling or re-gifting of tickets with no need contact to us.

Regular Box Office hours are 10am - 4pm on the weekdays. We are also open 2 hours before show time on days we have events.

All audience members require tickets.

Some promoters may allow cellphone pictures to be taken for their event but that is a case by case basis.
No flash photography and no recording.

Yes, starting one hour before showtime until the end of intermission the WMCA offers beverage service for most performances. Beverages are allowed inside the Concert Hall, but food is not permitted. Not all events are licensed service.
Our bar takes cash and we have a Square for credit and debit purchases.

You can either have a physical ticket printed from the box office, a print at home version of the ticket, or the mobile ticket. Any of those are acceptable to get into your show.

Call the box office, we can resend emails or reprint physical tickets for you.

No, our box office and bar are able to take major credit and debit cards.

Washrooms are located at either end of the main foyer. For shows with attendance over 500, additional washrooms are available in the Grand Salon.

A presale code allows exclusive on sale access for a limited time before general on sale for some shows that come to the WMCA, at the discretion of the promoter.
The first way to get a presale code is to make sure that you have provided your email to us and authorized us to send you marketing emails. Other ways to get presale codes include artist fan clubs and promoter Facebook pages. Distribution of presale codes is up to the individual promoter.
If you have a presale code you can input it at checkout in the box asking if you have a code (see below).

Programs are only available when provided by the promoters of the event, check with the front of house staff if there are programs available.

Rows N, K, G, and D line up with the portal doors to the theatre.
Row N is the only row that you can access without using any stairs.

On the seating chart the first 3 rows (X,Y,Z) indicate the orchestra pit. Usually it is marked as held and used as part of the performance. Occasionally it is placed at seating level to allow for a larger audience. Plastic chairs are set out and a safety barrier is around the perimeter.

Under no circumstances can an audience member watch from the stairs. See ticketing policy for more information.

“H” represents held seats. Seats maybe be held for production or promotion reasons.
With exception of the orchestra pit and back of house block, “H” seats are designated for people related to the promotion or production of the performance.
